MV Trinity acquisition

Existing clients of Sea Pioneer Shipping Corporation have today agreed to acquire MV Maritime Rial from IMC Shipping. The ship which was build at Hashihama Zosen in Japan in 1993, has a deadweight of 69,607 metric tons and grain cubic capacity of 81,810m³ and will be renamed MV Trinity. The ship is expected to be delivered to its new owners within November 2005.
