Constantine Joicey is the M.D. of Sea Pioneer. Constantine has a total of 16 years of shipping experience in the operations, claims and commercial departments of 2 major Greek shipping companies. He carries an M.Sc. in Marine Policy from LSE, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law and is a Member of the Institute of Charterered Shipbrokers. He joined Sea Pioneer as M.D. in 2011.

Mr. Sarakinos is the Technical Manager of Sea Pioneer since 2001. Nikos enjoys a vast wealth of knowledge and experience, having initially obtained degrees by both the Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra (Master Mariner) and the Sir George Williams University of Canada (Mechanical Engineering). After completing a 4 year career on board ships, he went on to complete a 22 year career at a major Greek tanker owner, rising up to the level of Technical Manager.

Captain Pantelis Kostidis is the Vetting Manager of Sea Pioneer and he is a recent addition to our team, having had 18 years of seagoing experience. Having obtained a degree from the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, he started his career at sea on 1982, and gradually rose to becoming a master on board LPG carriers. He subsequently spent the last 11 years as SQE manager in two well known Greek tanker companies paying particular attention to vetting, safety and quality issues.

Captain Stefanos Mylonas is the Supply manager of Sea Pioneer as also heads the operations department for our dry cargo fleet. Having obtained a degree from the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra, he went on to obtain the Master's degree. Subsequently he was employed as a Master for more than 15 years. Cap. Stefanos has been with us since 1999 and also has extensive auditing knowledge and experience.

Ersi Nannou is our D.P.A. and Quality Manager and joined Sea Pioneer in 2001. She carries a Bachelor Degree in Law, as well as a Master in Law from the University of Lille. Prior to joining Sea Pioneer she was a deputy DPA in another Greek Shipping company, that was managing tankers and bulk carriers.

Stelios Xydous is our company's Crew Manager. Prior to joining Sea Pioneer in 1988, he was employed by our company on board our ships as a Chief Mate and Master. Stelios carries a wealth of knowledge regarding matters related to crew and its safety.
